• Haiti Relief Effort Boot Camp. Feb. 6th, 9 to 11 AM. This 2 hour bootcamp will raise money for the relief efforts in Haiti. All proceeds will got to the American Red Cross. All are welcome including members, nonmembers, former members, friends, or whoever, the more the merrier. 9 to 10 is all cardio so you will be really warmed up for the 2nd hour. 10 to 11 is all kickboxing. If you are a beginner, you will learn some cool stuff. If you have been at the dojo for years, you will learn even more cool stuff. We promise it will be challenging for all levels. Bring water, a towel, and at least 15 dollars for the Red Cross, but if you are going to the ATM just bring the full 20 dollars the machine is going to give you. |
